• Membership Fees: By joining The SB Marketplace, you agree to pay the membership fee of $300 for the initial three months, which is non-refundable. After this period, membership renews at $100/month unless canceled.

• Transaction Fees: Sellers agree to pay a 7% fee on each completed transaction.

4. Use of the Platform

Users agree to:

• Use the platform solely for lawful purposes.

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or conducting business.

• Respect other members and comply with all community guidelines.

Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

• Misrepresentation of business information.

• Spamming, phishing, or attempting to defraud others.

• Uploading harmful content, including viruses or malicious software.

5. Transactions and Payment

• All transactions between buyers and sellers must be conducted through the platform.

• Payments are processed securely through integrated payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

• TheSB.com is not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers but will assist in resolving issues to the best of our ability.

6. Refund Policy

• Membership fees are non-refundable.

• Disputes regarding transactions will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

• Users retain ownership of content submitted to the platform.

• By submitting content, you grant TheSB.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content for promotional purposes.

All platform designs, graphics, and trademarks are the property of The SB Marketplace and may not be used without prior consent.
